Managing Items

An item can represent a task, ticket, change request, story, requirement, bug, feature request, enhancement or any other item type.

• An item can be duplicated with item copy
• An item can be duplicated on a schedule with the Item Repeater
• An item can be moved between projects
• An item can be assigned to one or more resources with auto notification to the assigned resource(s)
• An item has associated workflow that manages it's state and access from creation through to closure and every step in between
